Project Executive
The company is already the largest employer of interior designers in the country. Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including – Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada.
Job Description
As a Project Executive , you will be responsible for the start to end project execution as per drawings with quality & within time. You will visit project sites daily and share DPR with all stakeholders. You will create a weekly schedule and align vendors for resource allocation. Quality monitoring as per standards and specifications. Identify issues and de-bottleneck for smooth project execution. Coordinate and manage stakeholders.
What Will We Do
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and resource management
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and minimize disruptions
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing.
- Eye for quality is a must.
- Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule.
- Must have own 2 wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
