Job Description
The Senior Exec would be responsible for the ORM Listening and Engagement of the brand. He/She would be responsible for all deliverables and process adherence as well as detailed periodic reports to be generated. Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across all online platforms including social media and review websites. Respond & engage with customers in a personalized manner to demonstrate that the brand genuinely wants to help resolve issues and deliver a delightful experience

Monitor and manage the company’s online presence across social media, forums, and review platforms
Respond to customer feedback and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image
Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s online reputation
Analyze online sentiment and create reports to provide insights to the management team
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align ORM efforts with broader brand strategies
